What’s the point in using Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash?

In a previous question another answerer made a pretty good point, the active ingredient in Neutrogena’s Body Wash is Salicylic Acid and it doesn’t really have any time to do anything to the acne on my back since I’m applying it to wash my back for a few seconds and then I just rinse it off real quick…so how is using this product to clear and prevent the acne on my back actually going to work?
