What’s the best body wash for my skin? And the cheapest?

I tend to break out easily as my skin is super sensitive. I love body washes that smell good, but those are usually the ones that break me out the most. I don’t need much moisture, I just needed something that will clean my skin (and not dry it out). I also want something that smells good and that I can buy @ Wal-mart, Target, etc. Help?
