I got acne on my chest and lots of it. lots of past red marks and some visible red marks where i squeezed some acne..whats the body wash for my red acne infested chest haha? I use an Irish Spring bar soap but seems like it doesnt work..at all. Help please!

For acne that would be pine tar soap internally work on that by taking some oil of oregano capsules jabril.

After bathing - apply Rubbing Alcohol to help sanitize & cleanse the area. Apply Vitamin E Oil to the area to moisturize the skin & promote healing. Do this daily - or - nightly - whichever the case may be - until it heals.
