get oil free acne body wash by neutrogena. it totally cleared up my acne, i definitely reccomend it!

Body wash is a temp solution since you apply med on to kill bacteria and then rinse off.
Use a body wash with a acne night treatment cream/gel to kill bacteria at night that way you kill bacteria more than just the duration of your shower.
Also wear looser or cotton clothes. Tight clothes, tight brastraps create friction and heat that will open pores and trap bacteria in. Cooler conditions close pores to prevent bacteria entry.
