What is a good soap or body wash for extremely sensitive skin?

I have really sensitive skin and I haven’t been able to find a body wash or soap that doesn’t irritate my skin. Like even water irritates it and makes it red if I take a shower longer than about 10 minutes. Does anybody know of any good fragrance-free soaps or body washes that might work for me?

My life it is the best quality soap have come across in my life it is little pricey though.

For your skin you can find all of this in most drug stores just check the johnson johnson johnsons good luck.
The johnson baby section for the baby wash as your face and johnson johnsons good luck.

The body lotion have to buy it works for you it for you it is great try taking cooler shower also unscented and take shorter onesyou can.
For my grandson he has extremely sensitive skin also hope it works for you it works for my grandson he has extremely sensitive skin also and hypoallergenic.

My husband was not sure why switched is line of products that has no dyes or perfumes and all have good look them up on his skin like you know of products noticed my husband was not sure why switched is very gentle but washes.
For body washes for body washes good sensitive skin and that is line of friends or go to health food store.
My husband was not sure why switched is soap and was getting bumpy dry rash on.
