What is a good body wash or body soak for?

My son has acne on his back and when we went to the beach in S.C his acne was clearing up but now that we are home its becoming a problem so I was wanting to know if there are any bath,body soaks or home remedies to get rid of it?

    He could try Murad body wash or something with a lot of Tea Tree Oil in it…or Neutrogena body wash with Salycic (sp?) Acid in it. If it’s really severe bring him to a dermatologist.
