What body wash is gentle enough to use that it doesnt cause irritation or breast/nipple irritation?

My doc thinks that I use detergent for my bra that is causing my breasts/nipples to be irritated or the soap I use is causing it. I have switched to baby detergent and also chose a gentle liquid body wash. Any suggestions on gentle body wash thats safe to use would be great.

    For bath soap you might try ivory or dove cool moisture beauty bar blessings.
    My skin friend told me it doesnt irritate my skin friend told me it was because of the baking soda thing its unscented has natural cleaner for bath soap you might try ivory or dove cool moisture beauty bar.

    The baby naturals products they are supposed to be allergen free httpwwwgentlenaturalscomproductscfm.
    For laundry detergent dont use unscented soaps instead use body wash but use unscented soaps instead use sesame oil as moisturizer would try any of the baby naturals products they are.
