The suction cup shampoo bottle holder that axe is giving away with their body wash?

It’s black and made of highly flexible rubber. Each side has 28 small suction cups on hit. Does anybody have any idea who makes this for Axe? Or any idea how I could find out that information. I’ve had an idea for quite a while and this material is perfect for the product that I want to patent.
