Does ‘Tea Tree Oil Invigorating Body Wash’ from The Body Shop actually work?

I have bad breakouts on my chest & back. Recently, I’ve went to my doctor and got prescribed pills for my skin. But I still want a kind of body wash that actually works, because I really want my acne to go away, does this product actually work? Does it fade away your acne scars? Any other suggestions for acne body wash?

    Any soap with salycilic acid will work.
