Should i use lotion after using a moisturizing body wash?

Ok so my skin is normal i guess, and i use dove cream oil body wash in ultra rich, so after my shower should i still apply lotion? Or if you use a moisturizing body wash do you use lotion afterwards?

My skin like you not extremely dry but not extremely dry but not extremely dry.
My skin like you not extremely dry but not extremely dry but not extremely dry but not oily either if used moisturizing body wash probably.

after your shower with the moisturizing body wash you should not need the lotion
