Is there such a thing as a men’s body wash that is also a deodorant/antiperspirant?

Little embarrassing, but I STINK! Sad, but true… Well, I was wondering if there was a body wash for men that also works as a deodorant or antiperspirant that I could use together with my prescription (unscented) stick deodorant. Or does body wash just act as good smelling soap? I dunno, please help! Thx!
