Is there anything wrong with using body wash as shampoo?

For a bit, I’ve been using the Old Spice High Endurance Body Wash as a nice little shampoo and I find that my hair is actually softer than many other shampoos, but then one of my buds at work said that it’s bad news to use Body Wash as shampoo, that’s why my hair looked strange that day. I’m guessing it was because I didn’t use much gel. But is it true?

    The truth your hair and most body product same as shampoos are made for different ph levels so though you could its probaly better not really but to tell you the truth your body product same as shampoos are made for different ph level then your hair.

    My oh used good quality shower gel by palmolive meant for myself so know what works and when he used to do this bought him an all over shower gel by palmolive meant for hair and.

    If you use body wash as shampoo it will damage your hair. It will make it very dry and it will break off.
