Is it alright to use body wash for shampoo, temporarily?

My little sisters spilled the shampoo into the tub to have a bubble bath… My parents can’t get more until later today, and I have my first day of school today. Can I use body wash as shampoo? The ingredients are similar..

    absolutely. It might leave your hair a bit dryer than normal or possibly filmy but in most cases it works well as a clarifier.

    The shampoo as body wash before because ran out lol.

    For body wash is okay but wouldnt try it can double for both.
