i have really dry skin and get these annoying red bumps on my back and arms. there not like pimples just red dots(im really pale) i read where people have used head and shoulders to treat acne and ive used it for about a week now with much improvement.i was just wondering if its safe to use as a body wash daily.

No it is not meant to wash your body with. It is way too harsh.

My fiance has that it gets better sorry couldnt answer the head shoulders part stardustfaerie24.
The water like maybe build up in the hot water tank or they could be just heat bumps if you sweat lot hope it is something in.

Definitely not! Not even safe for a shampoo. Makes more dandruff than it washes away. Study the guy’s answer with the bathroom pocket guide. Sounds like the guide’s on the right track.
Wash well with Ivory soap. Pat dry. Rub colloidal silver(silver is a natural antibacterial). It’s like water with ions of silver suspended in a collodial state. Let dry on the skin.
