Is Dove Body wash the same as the Dove soap?

I was curious because the body wash says it is “soap free”. What exactly does that mean?

    For normal to oily skin use the bottle hope this helps some.
    For normal to oily skin use the bar soap if you are like me dry to oily skin use the bottle hope this helps some.

    We use Dove soap in our house and are satisfied with it so we haven’t tried the wash/
