Is dove body wash the exact same thing as dove bar soap only in liquid form?

I like dove bar soap but id rather use a liquid body wash cause it’s easier. but is the liquid dove the same as dove bar soap? I use the bar soap on my face and if i switch to the body wash i don’t want it to make me break out. anyone know? :)
