Does the body wash or shampoo have anything to do with my acne?

You see,I have chest and back acne and I do not use conditioner due to the fact that I am worried that when I let my hair fall (while I’m in the shower)on my back and chest and sink in and cause more acne,but people who have no acne use conditioner,right?so do these body washes and shampoo’s have to do with my acne or should I stop worrying?
