Can you use Mane and Tail to wash your horse’s body?

Or would it be better to get some other kind of horse body wash?
The bottle says its safe,but id rather be safe then sorry.

    It is made for horses. You can also use it in your hair.

    My horse body legs and dogs and you can use on my horse body legs and clean good luck also it on horses and really great it does great shampoo to wash your own.
