can I use the body clear body wash by neutrogena on my face?

I got this pink grapefruit acne clearing body wash and it works great for my body, but I wanted to know if I could use it on my face. It has almost the same ingredients as a regular face wash. I don’t have very sensitive skin

    if it says dermatologist tested or non-comedomedic on it it should be fine, if not, dont

    My face guess you could.
    The same thing but have very sensitive skin so cant use it on my face guess you could.
