can I use the body clear body wash by neutrogena on my face?

I got this pink grapefruit acne clearing body wash and it works great for my body, but I wanted to know if I could use it on my face. It has almost the same ingredients as a regular face wash. I don’t have very sensitive skin

    if it says dermatologist tested or non-comedomedic on it it should be fine, if not, dont
