Can I use Body Wash on my face?

I use White Rain Body wash for men, and I once had a zip on my shoulders so I used the body wash all over my body, and after the next few days The zit was gone, so now I’m wondering if I use it on my face I will see improvement on my face…Since I have Acne (Mild) but its the Acne that is deep in the skin..I think its Noudle? Should I give it a try?

No, its just drying out your pore. But its most likely to come back. Dont use it on the face, it will cause irritation and redness
