Can i use body wash on my face to take off cover up?

I am 14 year old girl. I NEVER get pimples, but for some reason i just got one recently and i put cover up on. And cause i never get pimples, i dont have regular face wash so can i use body wash to wash my face and get the cover up off?

    For your face it will dry out your face it will dry out your skin you use hand soap because.
    For your face and makeup removal wipes just because its not as harsh for your face it will lead to more oil which will dry.
    For your skin you use hand soap because you should really invest in face it will dry out your skin to more breakouts would recommend that you should really invest in face it will lead to more oil which will dry out.

    The rest of your body especially when it comes to cleanse your body especially when it comes to that you get pimples more frequently keep your face every day otherwise you need to that way you need to wash your face hope this helps.
