Any suggestions on body wash brands that will help my skin keep its moisture during the harsh winter cold?

I don’t have time in the morning to put body cream on my legs and arms. My skin is so dry it’s actually painful! I need a body wash that would help me feel as if i did put body cream on my skin.

    Try this:

    It’s at most stores everywhere.
It will keep your skin moisturized and clean.
Also, drinking more water this time of year will help a lot!

Make sure your morning shower is luke warm not hot, hot water removes moisture from your skin. Keep your showers short, you do not need to use soap on all parts of your body. Seriously unless your legs are exposed to dirt etc., like in summer weather why, take the natural oils out of the skin by using it each and everyday.
Drink more water……..6-8 cups a day, increase the good fats in your diet, and use a good moisturizing lotion when possible. I would say slather on a good extra heavy duty one at night before you go to bed to give it a chance to work on your skin.
